“We love our customers more than our products” Proves Hostinger!

I still remember the evening when I was about to select a “Hosting” package for the first time for my website(s). It was my birthday! Yes. It was 10th June 2017 and I was busy surfing the internet – firing instructions and commands to google to find me the best host across the industry. The problem at that point of time was, I didn’t had enough budget plus I never wanted to compromise anything related to my website(s). I did a plentiful of research – and finally, my research landed and settled onto “Hostinger“. I didn’t had any feedback about how the services were going to be like, nor did I had any experience or expertise to examine the authenticity of “Hostinger“. But yet, with all that noise and buzz going on in my mind – I decided to take a “leap of faith” and go along with Hostinger. There were two core reasons at that time – It was cheap and it sounded “fair enough”. Moreover, there was also a bonus reason why I chose Hostinger – and that was just that somewhere inside the bottom of my heart, my intuition was pretty confident about the decision I was about to make.

“Zip…Zap!” my credit card sounded to be empty now, and I was still in a doubt whether I had made a “perfect” choice or not. For me, it would be good, even if my choice would “tend to be perfect”. But it was not long after the day I made the purchase, Hostinger proved to me that my intuition was not wrong and that I had made a phenomenal choice. What had happened? Well, many things. I had initially made some errors while creating my first website – as everyone does. And I was totally messed up. And out of my frustration, I contacted Hostinger’s “Customer Success Team” and discussed the entire issue with them. I knew it was nothing they could possibly do when I was the one to mess things up – yet I thought of taking a chance. And I’m glad that I did. Hostinger’s Customer Success Team really surprised me with the incredible and generous support they lent. They served me with all the love, care and consideration of the world. They not only helped me to rehabilitate and restructure my entire site (which isn’t something they must be concerned about.) but also, optimized the entire site for me and made it super fast and flexible. I was out of my mind by the service they rendered. I hadn’t expected even the 1/4th of it. I was amazed by the love they bestow with their services.

On the contrary, I had one of my friend – Pranshu (not his real name) who had purchased hosting services from another company whose name I won’t mention here. And he was terrified by their services, (specifically customer services.) He always complained about it.
